Gig-ready and light, classic Juno character

by synthkid · Feb 2026 · ✓ Verified purchase

Battery power (8× AA Ni-MH) is clutch for buskers and rehearsals without a socket nearby, and it's light enough to carry one-handed. Over 1,200 onboard tones plus free downloadable sound packs is a lot of board for the money.

The synth-action keybed feels light/springy — fine for organ and synth, less satisfying if you want weighted piano keys — and the small-screen menu editing feels dated. But as a do-everything portable stage board it's still a top budget pick.

Pros

  • +Battery powered & light
  • +1,200+ sounds, expandable
  • +Road-proven workhorse

Cons

  • Light synth-action keys
  • Dated menu / small screen
