Acceptable Use Policy
MoryAudio is open infrastructure. To keep it open, the following uses are prohibited. Violations may result in content takedown and account suspension.
You may not
- Infringe IP rights — upload music, samples, lyrics, or artwork you do not own or have not licensed.
- Bypass automated checks — modify fingerprints, alter audio to evade detection, or use multiple accounts to recirculate blocked content.
- Mislabel AI content — AI-generated tracks must be self-labelled per P6. Failure to disclose is a breach.
- Inflate metrics — bot streams, click-farms, fake plays, sybil voting, coordinated stake-and-vote attacks.
- Harass or threaten — direct messages, comments, fan-club channels must remain civil. Doxxing, hate speech, sexual harassment, and threats are removed.
- Distribute malware — including in metadata, lyrics, or external links.
- Violate sanctions — accounts located in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions cannot use the on-chain features.
- Misrepresent identity — impersonating another artist, label, or rights holder.
- Resell platform access — accounts and API keys are non-transferable.
- Stream unauthorised content publicly — radio scripts, podcast extracts containing third-party music must clear rights.
- Operate as a publisher disguised as a listener — listening accounts may not aggregate or rebroadcast content.
Enforcement
MoryAudio runs automated tools (ACRCloud, Pex, AudibleMagic, Chainalysis, bot-detection heuristics). These tools may auto-action: freeze content, throttle streams, suspend accounts. Manual review is applied only when a verified human report is filed (DMCA, trust + safety ticket).
Reporting
Report violations at trust@moryaudio.com. Please include the URL of the offending content, your relationship to the rights holder (where applicable), and any evidence. Spurious reports may themselves be considered AUP violations.
Three-strikes
Sustained findings — three within 12 months — result in account termination. The associated wallet may be flagged across the platform. On-chain royalty records cannot be erased but no further payouts will be executed.
