MoryAudio respects intellectual property and processes takedown requests in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the EU Copyright Directive, and the Korean Copyright Act.

Designated Agent — registration in progress

Morylen is registering a Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office to receive DMCA notices. Until that registration is confirmed, please submit notices to dmca@morylen.com. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and act on verified notices in accordance with § 512(c). The official Designated Agent record will be linked from this page once the USCO registration is published.

Submitting a takedown notice

The fastest way to file is our online takedown form. You may also email the same information to dmca@morylen.com:

Your full name, organization, and contact details.
Identification of the copyrighted work (title, ISRC/ISWC, release year).
The MoryAudio URL of the allegedly infringing material — track, album, or artist page.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Your signature (electronic or handwritten).

Verified notices result in the affected track being removed from the platform within 24 hours. On-chain freeze via the FREEZER_ROLE on the TrackRegistry contract applies once that contract is deployed.

Counter-notice

If your content was wrongfully taken down, you may file a counter-notice with the same items above plus your consent to jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea or your local district. Restoration occurs within 10 business days unless the original claimant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts with three sustained infringement findings within 12 months are terminated. Their wallet may also be flagged across the platform.
